Hello Cecile My suggestion is to try *The Conversation*. And if that is not possible, then I would publish it on Medium. When I wrote a piece that *The Guardian* were interested in but didn't publish, I used Medium, as I needed to have it published by 31 October, before the UFFC annual march. I then used that link to push it out myself on social media and other places. It got quite a lot of attention in a short space of time and did the job I needed it to do.
