Hi Nancy, I think I've figured out what is going on - the installer script has a bug which is causing it to fail because the location of the installer script has a space in it (i.e. "CAS Study"), Would you be able to re-run the installer again, but first, move the downloaded fslinstaller script to a different location, i.e.: mv "/mnt/c/Users/CAS Study/Downloads/fslinstaller.py" ~ python2 ~/fslinstaller.py Paul On Thu, 5 Nov 2020 at 21:10, Nancy Zhang <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > Thanks, Paul for the quick reply!
