Hello This is a FINAL CALL for papers for the 4th International Conference on Gender Research (ICGR 2021), hosted by University of Aveiro, Portugal on 21 - 22 June 2021. This call will close on 29th November 2020. ICGR 2021 provides an opportunity for anyone researching gender issues across the full spectrum of social sciences to come together to publish and present their work. ICGR 2021 will be a multidisciplinary event with participants from around the world sharing research which expresses both common experiences as well as those which are unique to each circumstance. As well as the main call the conference committee are interested in submission on the following specialist mini track topics: • Financial Strategies & Female Organisations in the Digital Age • Violence against Different Genders • Gender in Research Performing Organizations • Gender in Times of Crisis • Female Academics Empowerment, Equality and Sustainability in Higher Education • Women and innovation • Gender Gap in the Workplace • Gender Balance in Decision-Making Bodies and Processes, Women and Innovation To see the full call for papers, mini track details and to submit an abstract please see: https://www.academic-conferences.org/conferences/icgr/icgr-call-papers/ Papers accepted for ICGR 2021 will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The conference proceedings have an ISSN (2516-2810) and will be assigned an ISBN on publication. Papers published in the proceedings will be considered for further development and publication in a number of international journals. We are planning for ICGR 2021 to be a “hybrid” conference. Meaning that it will be physical event with virtual elements built into it to create an experience for both those who can attend in person and those able to attend online.
