Hi,

Actually, I do have a workaround - instead of using Filestore Browser, if I need to open something in the Documents or Downloads folders, System browser seems to be able to reach them. And, after opening a file directly from these folders (not one of the subfolders inside them), then Filestore Browser realizes it can access them as well (at least within that session, although it does remember it across sessions too, after a while).

Cheers,
Marina

When trying to save a plot (but not open/save a table! - those work fine) I can see only the contents of the root directory, trying to open any subfolders just returns a blank. I can manually specify a path, and it will still save, and then the next time it will open that folder, but still not being able to show any of its contents. It’s probably related to the endless string of permissions Catalina requires, but can’t figure out which ones, and granting full disk access didn’t help.
