Tim Davie is the 17th Director General of the BBC. He did the job before as a locum in 2012-2013.Tim has been head of marketing at the BBC,Director of Radio and for the last seven  years he  has run BBC Worldwide/BBC Studios with some success. What are the big challenges he faces as he takes the driving seat at the Corporation.
