Thanks Paula for that example. I have just managed to get access to the publication manual for the 7th edition and it gives just two examples for maps (which I seem to recall being an improvement on the previous edition, although I may be wrong!). The Google maps example in the APA manual is: Google. (n.d.). [Google Maps directions for driving from La Paz, Bolivia, to Lima, Peru]. Retrieved February 16, 2020, from https://goo.gl/YYE3GR This differs in style from the Murdoch example: Google Maps. (2015, February 5). *The British Library, London, UK*. Google. https:[log in to unmask],-0.127676,17z /data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x48761b3b70171395:0x18905479de0fdb25 All very confusing. I can see why my colleagues are tearing their hair out trying to make sense of it all.
