I ran across an error after performing DTIFIT. After loading the structure of my principal eigenvector file (dti_V1) into MATLAB and analyzing the values, I noticed that the values in the matrix were mostly negative. The interesting thing is that L1 is mostly comprised of positive values. I was wondering if there was a way to fix the issue with negative V1 values, or why there is even a mismatch between V
