Last month I shared a document produced by the Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Library Service signposting to useful helplines and resources covering a variety of topics.

 

We have updated the document a couple of times to include information around domestic violence and  bereavement - I have attached an updated version to this e-mail. There are some helplines/resources which are specific to the Greater Manchester area but please feel free to re-brand and use as you see fit.
