italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies

The Centre for Book Cultures and Publishing<https://research.reading.ac.uk/centre-for-book-cultures-and-publishing/> welcomes applications for this final round of MSCA Individual Fellowship schemes<https://ec.europa.eu/research/mariecurieactions/actions/individual-fellowships_en> in the H2020 research programme. The Centre for Book Cultures and Publishing<https://research.reading.ac.uk/centre-for-book-cultures-and-publishing/> has an excellent track record of successful MSCA individual fellowship applications.

Currently, we host two MSCA fellows: Dr Titus Nemeth (with a project on Arabic typography<https://research.reading.ac.uk/typoarabic/>) and Dr Elisa Bolchi (with a project on the Italian reception of Virginia Woolf<https://research.reading.ac.uk/italian-woolf/>). Past MCSA-funded projects include The Children’s ’68<https://children68.hypotheses.org/> investigating the intersection between publishing for children and protest movements.

These projects reflect the multilingual and interdisciplinary breadth and comparative vocation of the research supported by the Centre.

You will find more info on the research projects currently developed by colleagues here<https://research.reading.ac.uk/centre-for-book-cultures-and-publishing/projects-2/>.

To discuss ideas for your proposal, please email CBCP Director Dr Nicola Wilson ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) and Dr Daniela La Penna ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>). If you are interested, please contact us with an expression of interest. This needs to include a full CV, a list of publications, and a two-page A4 research proposal in English.
