Hello everyone,

I ran the script in my VM, it downloaded some data, which went fine, the build also went well.

However, when I ran the tests it wanted to open the file /home/sirfuser/devel/buildVM/sources/SIRF/data/examples/MR/grappa2_1rep.h5 which is not there and then it aborted.

Best

Hi

I've now moved all info on the SyneRBI_VM wiki to SyneRBI_VM/documentation (pointing to those files on the wiki). A bit ugly, but better for version tracking.

I think the VM repo is done now, but we'll see.

Subject: VM updates

Hi all

I've merged Edo's PR in SyneRBI_VM. The update-script should now create a VM with links to SyneRBI repos. When updating an existing VM, I've decided to leave the remotes as they are, but if you add the -r option, it will change them as well.

Please try this on an existing VM. Maybe you want to create a snapshot first such that you can easily revert (or clone of course)

               update_VM.sh -t origin/master

will get you the current master of the SIRF-SuperBuild, and hence you'd be very close indeed to the imminent release-candidate.

Please let the list know how this went.

Kris
