It seems 4.0.0 went out just a bit too early. I’ve now released 4.0.1 with the following:

• https://github.com/UCL/STIR/pull/513  (suppress warnings with clang)
• https://github.com/UCL/STIR/issues/515  PR #516 (compilation problem with JSON present and BUILD_EXECUTABLES=OFF)
• https://github.com/UCL/STIR/issues/520 (siemens mMR unlisting segfault)
• Typos in the UsersGuide
