Good Morning One approach for eliciting an initial program theory recommended by Marchal, Kegels, and Van Belle (2018) is to speak to program designers and implementers. We are planning a working group with the designers of our program under study. In the literature I have been unable to find a published example of a question guide that was used to structure such a discussion. So, I am hoping for any insight, examples, and/or references that may be useful in developing the question guide to facilitate discussion at a “working group” made up of program designers to begin to elicit the IPT.
