I have had to take the disappointing decision to cancel Ada Lovelace Day Live! on 13 October, due to the uncertainty caused by COVID.

The day itself will still happen, of course, but we're going to move to a suite of online events. So I was wondering what online STEM events you've seen where the format has really knocked your socks off, it was so good. I'm looking for the stuff that goes beyond just having a speaker or a discussion on Zoom, and into more interesting, engaged territory.

Tech seems to do well with this, as you have things like online hackathons, Wikipedia editathons, or the Secure Code Warrior Tournament, which are really engaging. But I'd really like to find more formats and options that work for other disciplines.

I'm also keen to know what works online to engagement with schools.

Thanks,

Suw
