When I asked previously whether members wanted this discussion taken off list, all the replies were that people not directly involved wanted to be able to see them. There were also requests that the people most involved could try to to bring together their
discussions so that they sent fewer separate emails, but this has not happened.
I would therefor likely to suggest setting up a new list RADSTATS-CORONAVIRUS dedicated solely to the subject. This would mean that people not directly involved could choose the option of reading the postings less frequently in digest form or divert them to
a separate folder.
In addition, we could send invitations to people on public health lists and the minority-ethnic-health list, who are also discussing the subject to join as well and bring together discussion from a wider group of people.
Unless there are any objections by the end of today, I will go ahead and put in a request to jiscmail.
