italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies With apologies for cross-posting: — Dear Colleagues, Kindly consider submitting an abstract for the following panel: Venice in the Twentieth Century: Representation, Sustainability, Resistance We seek papers that explore representations of modern Venice, its society and institutions (both real and imagined) from a variety of perspectives (such as sustainability, spatial theory, tourism studies, and Venice as film set/backdrop). Submissions from female scholars and those from traditionally underrepresented groups are warmly encouraged.
