Hello,

I am a first time user of FSL, and I am currently trying to run the MELODIC_ICA.. The following is the error I am getting while trying to generate the results:

Error encountered while running in main feat script, halting.
divide by zero


Steps I have followed:

1.Created a 4D.nii file using SPM_util
2.Used it as input to calculate single subject ICA
3.The default motion correction parameters were unchanged.

I tried with 4D.nii.gz file as input as well, still it is giving me the same  error..

Another issue I am facing is after giving the input I am unable to change the TR which is taken as 0 by default, although it is showing me the correct number of volumes..

I have gone through the documentations and archives to troubleshoot it but couldn't find the answer..

A little help will be hugely appreciated..
