Hello,

 

I am now running FIX through my command line, and I am getting "no valid MELODIC output directory", even though that is the correct file with the MELODIC pre-processing data I ran before the FEAT analysis.

 

Here is my code line:

/Users/manning.343/Desktop/fix/fix /Users/manning.343/Desktop/FSL/1000AT/NIfTI/DOG_run_1_MELODICPreProc.Prox.feat/filtered_func_data.ica /Users/manning.343/Desktop/fix/training_files/Standard.RData  20

 

 

And here is the output I receive:

Hello,

 

 

I am attempting to run FIX through MATLAB. I believe I have set up R correctly through the README. When I run the FIX line in MATLAB with the ICA file, it does give me an “ans =” with the columns of data. However, when I attempt to run the whole line with the training data that is included in the FIX file, Matlab gives me an “Error using fix, too many input arguments”.  What am I doing wrong?

 

 

I have attempting to set my settings.sh, but I’m not sure I did that right.

 

 

Any suggestions?
