Another good one I could personally recommend is the cases book by Danielle Freedman and co. (AACC) - Challenges at the Clinical Interface. Unfortunately it's not in print I think, but some of the 'old timers' in the lab might have a copy lying around! It's a well written book. Also check out the Clin Chem cases - they're mostly open access (at least the older ones are) and quite good.
