Hi,
According to fMRIPrep: All slices are realigned in time to the middle of each TR.
Thanks,
Claire
Hi,
that depends on the reference slice that you have chosen for the slice timing correction.
Best,
Christian

Betreff: [SPM] microtime resolution and onset
Dear all,
I have interleaved multiband data with the following slice time information:
"SliceTiming": [0, 1.0625, 2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965, 2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255, 0, 1.0625,
2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965, 2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255, 0, 1.0625, 2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965,
2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255, 0, 1.0625, 2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965, 2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255]
The data was preprocessed using fMRIPrep (including slice time correction) and now I would like to create GLMs in SPM. The microtime resolution seems straightforward - enter number of slices (96).
But how can I determine the microtime onset in my case?
Many thanks,
Claire
