Hi,

that depends on the reference slice that you have chosen for the slice timing correction.

Best,

Christian

Betreff: [SPM] microtime resolution and onset

Dear all,

I have interleaved multiband data with the following slice time information:

"SliceTiming": [0, 1.0625, 2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965, 2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255, 0, 1.0625, 2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965, 2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255, 0, 1.0625, 2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965, 2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255, 0, 1.0625, 2.125, 0.87, 1.93, 0.6775, 1.7375, 0.4825, 1.545, 0.29, 1.3525, 0.0975, 1.16, 2.22, 0.965, 2.0275, 0.7725, 1.835, 0.58, 1.6425, 0.3875, 1.4475, 0.195, 1.255]

The data was preprocessed using fMRIPrep (including slice time correction) and now I would like to create GLMs in SPM. The microtime resolution seems straightforward - enter number of slices (96). But how can I determine the microtime onset in my case?

Many thanks,

Claire
