Dear SPM experts, I'm running a DCM 2nd level analysis to 3 groups (6 subjects). In order to found differences between them, I'm following the steps: - All subjects' DCMs are in a GCM file - In the batch, I choose: DCM -> second level -> Specify/estimate PEB In Covariates, I have specified a vector to see group1>group2: 1 1 -1 -1 0 0 In this context, are Covariates appropriate to do this contrast? Then, I run DCM -> second level -> Search nested PEB models. Is it rigth, please? thanks a lot. Helka
