Dear SPM experts,

This could be a trivial question, but I wonder why the contrast vectors in both the first and second-level analyses appear in the form of a N*1 vector (as in SPM.xCon().c), despite I always enter it as a 1*N vector (in either scripting or the contrast manager GUI)? In fact, entering a N*1 vector (e.g. [1;0;0] instead of [1 0 0] or [1,0,0]) is deemed as invalid syntax in the contrast manager GUI.

Many thanks in advance.

Robin
