Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills are a requirement. Musicianship is not essential, but desired. The successful applicant should have an outstanding research and publication record. The successful applicant must have an awareness of diversity and equal treatment issues with a particular focus on gender equality. Very good command of English orally and in writing is required to present and publish research results. Great emphasis will be placed on personal competence and suitability.
