medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

I don't have it on hand (it's in my work office), but if I recall the first
essay in this book discusses this issue.  I think it also delineates the
difference in medieval thought between miracula and miribilia with respect
to these natural categories.
