From the absence of information from the British Standards Institution on 12566-5, I would submit, in my personal experience of standards, the particular part may never been formally adopted as a BS EN document from the European Standard listed here - https://standards.cen.eu/dyn/www/f?p=204:32:0::::FSP_ORG_ID,FSP_LANG_ID:7207,25&cs=108B869CE2E8414007ACACACECCA9CA93. As my BSOL library is not accessible at the moment I checked the internet and could not trace a BS EN 12566-5 there either. If it did make it as a British Standard it may have been withdrawn but I have found no details of a replacement or alternative reference. As the document is still current in the European arena I have not found a legal free copy, only charged ones.
