Hi Ramesh,

I am not a statistics expert, lots of people on this forum are far more experienced than me.

Do you have any experience with fMRI paradigms or acquisition?

Pieter

Dear Pieter,

Could you please elaborate about data driven analysis? It will be helpful for me.

Thanks

Ramesh

Hi,

I am far from an fMRI paradigm expert, but I think that your experimental design is not well-balanced.

You can do some datadriven analysis but I doubt the outcome.

Onderwerp: [FSL] Need your help to analyse fMRI

Dear Experts,

I need your help to analyze fMRI for our project. fMRI scans of the brain for all participants were obtained during a control, a meditative, and post meditative sessions. TR is 2.5 seconds. The (1) control session has 200 volumes of scans obtained during 8 minutes run, the (2) meditative session has 9 minutes run with 213 volumes of scans, and the (3) post meditative session has 3 minutes run with 69 volumes of scans.  I want to compare three runs and find out the effect of premeditative, during meditation, and post meditative sessions in the brain. Since there are differences in the volumes of scans, should I make any changes in the reprocessing stage?

Please give your suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

Ramesh
