The E-Learning Unit (ELU) at Queen Mary University of London is seeking to appoint a Learning Technologist (Digital Exams). We are looking for a Learning Technologist to take an active role in this project as a key member of the delivery team, carrying out core functions such as liaising with academic schools on their exam requirements, designing processes and delivery training sessions. They will also lead on promotion and communication activities to support the successful rollout of a new digital exams solution. The ideal candidate should be familiar with supporting learning technologies in higher education and understand the challenges involved in supporting assessments. The post-holder will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable delivering presentations and workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences. We are looking for someone with excellent technical skills, such that they can pick up new technologies independently, and the ability to manage their workload so that deadlines are met and quality is maintained. The post is full-time and fixed term for 10 months. Starting salary will be in the range £38,084 - £44,807 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave and pension scheme. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
