Fontane-Kreis Großbritannien und Irland, Spring 2020

‘Fontanes Schlesien‘ / ‘Fontanes Silesia‘

Offers of papers are invited for the annual Spring Colloquium/Frühjahrstagung in London

This will take place on Friday 1 May, 2020, at the German Historical Institute, Bloomsbury Square, London.

Papers (in English or German) should address any aspect of Fontanes links to Silesia, in his life or work, including the cultural/historical context as it relates, for example, to the development of the Riesengebirge for tourism through the railways.

Presentations on work in progress will also be considered.
