Morning Gemmers,

Here at Hampshire Cultural Trust, we are looking into how we can develop our adult leisure learning offer at some of our sites. In particular we are thinking about workshops and classes that people might do for fun/general interest, which could be a one-off, or part of a regular programme (excluding fitness activities).

Does anyone have any examples of best practice in this area (doesn’t have to be directly linked to collections) or have a regular programme of this sort of activity? Or examples of unusual learning opportunities that have been successful (for example, I once took part in a gin and taxidermy class which was brilliant!)

Many thanks,

Gemma
