I am working with Dublin City University on an EU funded research project examining the experiences of workers returning to work/continuing to work after diagnosis with a chronic illness. There is further information on the project in the attached document.  

Initially we had responsibility for the survey in Ireland only, but we are now extending the survey to the UK.  If you, a colleague, friend or family or union member have had such an experience, please use the link below to access the survey, which should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete, depending on the experience.
