Dear colleagues,

Happy New Year!

A gentle reminder that Professor John Seddon, renowned expert on systems thinking, is coming to Leeds University Business School on Thursday 23rd January 2020. John will be launching his new book, Beyond Command and Control: A Better Way to Make the Work Work.

John is an occupational psychologist, management thinker and leading global authority on change. He adapted the Toyota Production System and the work of W. Edwards Deming and Taiichi Ohno into his ‘Vanguard Method’ for the service sector. LUBS is very lucky to have John visit so please do take advantage of this great opportunity to hear John speak about his work, ask questions and also get your book/s signed!
