Evening list I would be grateful of some ideas please: 

I am involved (through Nick Pahl Som) in a project exploring the the mental health of nurses and midwives. Do any of you have any ideas re services that support nurses at times of crisis, whether that is financial or personal. Services I have thought of are highlighted below but as there are so many OHN members working in the NHS I am sure you will have a list at your finger tips.

Occupational Health services of the employing trust/organisation
Cavell Nurses Trust https://www.cavellnursestrust.org/help-and-advice/
RCN – counselling and other services are available https://www.rcn.org.uk/get-help
RCN Foundation – web site says they give grants for hardship https://rcnfoundation.rcn.org.uk/about-us/our-purpose 
Unison (Trad Union) – financial advice if debt is an issue: https://www.unison.org.uk/.../services.../there-for-you/
Royal College of Midwives – RCM Benevolent fund – support financial crisis has accounted for a reduction in mental health. https://www.rcm.org.uk/.../getting-help/financial-support/

The Samaritans – obviously this really is a last resort!
