Dear colleagues, 

 

Germany has a new law in midwifery since Nov 8th 2019 and will finally upgrade midwifery education to a BSc level throughout the country. There will be programmes in every state. We are offering a position to set up a BSc programme in midwifery at Hannover. Hannover Medical School is a tertiary university with a Midwifery Research and Education Unit since 2001. We are running the European Master in Midwifery Science programme which started in 2009. Currently, we are in the process of setting up an Institute of Midwifery. BSc education will start in fall 2021.
