Vacancy (full time, 2 years fixed term) at the British Library for a Remote Electronic Resources Coordinator

Dear Colleagues

The British Library is recruiting for a Remote Electronic Resources Coordinator to be based in London at our St Pancras site.
The post holder will lead on a programme to extend remote access for our Registered Readers to all of those electronic resources for which appropriate licence permissions are in place.

The post holder will have in-depth knowledge of managing a variety of e-resources including experience of secure authentication, licensing and breach management. They will have a proven ability to develop and follow complex procedures, with excellent attention to detail. They will also have a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, colleagues, suppliers and customers, including communicating on more complex technology issues.

The successful candidate will also have experience of monitoring service use and performance measurement, including investigating suspected breaches of terms of use.

This is a full-time, 2 year fixed term post with a salary of £32,000 p.a.
