We are fairly new to Unit-e and are running year 1 A-Level mocks for the first time this year. Could you send me some instructions as to how to
create mock basedata and make entries? For example details of what you put in for a Board and a series and year? Do you do it on the Generic tab?

Yes Vicky, it’s Jayne’s for Doncaster
J but she was on another PC here at Pontefract,
I’m hoping that is all it is about. However, when I first started, I used it for the first time and it did the same thing, CAPITA had to log on remotely and fix it, but it took about 3 weeks eventually! We don’t have 3 weeks to spare!

That’s weird.
We have just put our Mock data on and it came through with clashes?
Unit E users please! Constructed mock basedata and there are inevitable clashes but when running the clash report is isn’t coming up with the ‘do you wish to reschedule
x candidates?’ It is just coming up with nothing as if there are no clashes. Any advice? We’ve logged a call with capita but they just take forever to resolve if at all! It has worked previously in a previous series.
