Hi all, Wondering who, if anyone, has a separate race equality policy. Or is it best practice to have an overarching equality policy? I'm interested as there is huge discontent within our BME student population, and I want them to feel better heard and represented. If you've got any work ongoing /done / planned that you think would be a good suggestion, I'd really value any help. Feeling quite ineffective but wanting to make a difference.
