Good morning all

Please can anyone help answer this question:

One of our consultant is wondering why his article does not appear in/not indexed by either Google scholar or PubMed even though it shows on google and ClinicalTrials.org? I know PubMed does not index everything but having checked HDAS and Ovid none of the DBs is listing the article. Any thoughts?
