We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Reading List Coordinator to join our Resources and Collections Team within Library Services. The post holder will promote the use of Talis Aspire Reading Lists, support staff in the creation
of their reading lists and ensure that Queen Mary exploits this resource to its upmost potential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed to promote this resource. Attention to detail and IT skills are also important in order manage the
various tasks needed to manage this software.
The post is a full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points
Based Immigration Scheme.
