That does not look correct - could you make sure that your input files are plain text files, with spaces (not tabs) used to separate the values on each line. You should not need to worry about the PPHeights line.

1. Shouldn't it be:
/NumWaves 6 (columns)
/NumContrasts 6 (cause 6 contrasts)
/PPheights ???
/Matrix
1 -1 0 0 0 0
-1 1 0 0 0 0
0 1 -1 0 0 0
0 -1 1 0 0 0
1 0 -1 0 0 0
-1 0 1 0 0 0

2. What should go after PPheights?

3. When creating my design.mat file using Text2Vest, this looks like this:
/NumWaves 6
/NumPoints 54
/Matrix
1 0 0 96 1 1.32
1 0 0 99 0 1.13
1 0 0 97 0 0.77
1 0 0 101 1 2.12
0 1 0 126 1 1.42
1 0 0 120 0 0.98

etc.. (54 lines corresponding to participants).
Is this correct or should I also add a "PPheights " line? If yes, what should this contain?
