UWE Bristol, Faculty of Health and Applied Sciences, is seeking for 4 Field External Examiners in the Department of Allied Health Professions to start in October 2020. The post will be for 4 years and includes the need to attend various examination boards. The following subject areas require Field External Examiners to represent a range of academic perspectives in Allied Health Professions. Please note, your final portfolio may require you to cover modules beyond these specific professional areas: AHP001: Sport Rehabilitation AHP002: Diagnostic Imaging Essential: Registered with the Society and College of Radiographers and the Health and Care Professions Council AHP003: Physiotherapy Essential: Registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council AHP004: Physician Associates We particularly encourage applications from members of Black and Minority Ethnic communities, as this group is currently underrepresented among external examiners. You will be required to attend examination boards during the year and complete an annual report.
