The University of the Highlands and Islands is seeking a Tier 1 External Examiner within the Adventure subject area of the Business, Management and Leisure Subject Network. 

 

The appointment will run from 1 September 2020 to 31 August 2024.  An annual fee (£400 per annum) will be paid in line with UHI’s External Examiner re-numeration policy, which is payable on receipt of a report to be submitted at the end of each academic session.  Reasonable travel and subsistence costs will also be covered.

 

Tier 1 External Examiners are required to participate in two Exam Boards per year in early February and early June.  Applicants should hold no more than two External Examiner appointments concurrently during their tenure, and should be located at a UK-based HEI.
