Information Services Supervisor (Cataloguing & Metadata)
Salary range: £28331 - £31,866
FTE: 1 (35 hours/week)
Term: Open-ended

The University of Strathclyde is seeking to appoint an Information Services Supervisor (Cataloguing & Metadata). You will be expected to have significant experience of online catalogue record creation and amendment within a library or information
service, working to a high level of accuracy. This experience should include working with both electronic and print format materials. Evidence of having worked with MARC21, AACR2/RDA and DDC is essential, as is previous use of online library management systems
(e.g. Alma) and general bibliographic search tools. Experience of Moys would also be an advantage. Staff supervision experience is essential with evidence of training and project management responsibilities. You will have a good general education to HNC/HND
level with excellent written and oral communication skills.
