In relation to Accreditation Standards and best practice etc. I would be very worried about using anything other than set procedures.


Also note, and I may be telling you what you already know, that buses have different MoTs for Hire and Reward or non fare paying requiring different standards. The former results in needing operators licenses and all sorts of things you wouldn't expect.

I was wondering if anyone had experience of using the above sponsorship agreement in place of a loan agreement? We are exploring loaning a bus from our collection to a heritage group who want to drive it to local events. They aren’t happy with an amended loan agreement and have suggested using a sponsorship agreement instead.
