Hi all,

We have a really exciting opportunity to join our Research Communications team here at Prostate Cancer UK.

Job details
Salary: £31k (plus excellent benefits)
Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Closing date: 3 Nov 2019

Full details here: https://prostatecanceruk.org/about-us/vacancies?jtype=&_mj=9930-Research-Communications-Officer#__mpbj

You will be responsible for supporting Prostate Cancer UK to enhance our research communications outputs. You’ll work with the communications team to engage the public and our supporters with our research, and use creative research communications to help the fundraising directorate drive donations and demonstrate the impact of the funds they raise. You’ll also provide communications support to the research directorate, and help them engage with our funded researchers.

In any one day, you could be writing a news piece for our website, helping to organise a lab visit for a key supporter, meeting a new grant holder, updating the research pages of our website or helping to produce a fundraising appeal. Your focus will be research communications, but you’ll also collaborate with teams across the charity and will be prepared to step into other projects wherever you’re needed.

All the best,

Ruby
