Hi, Everyone.
After few emails, I made this google doc
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bKMcDUqssth_bcyrvEtsWFVGzD0M6MityqdxX4rGJC4/edit?usp=sharing
Rachel and Naomi suggested sharing it with everyone.
Anyone with the link can edit.
When I hear from Naomi or Fred that it’s okay to link the images of the photograph and notes verso, I’ll do that.
Yay for collaboration!
Best,
Scott

Subject: Can anyone read rather difficult handwriting in German?
Dear All
Mindful that german-studies does not accept attachments, I am writing to all you knowledgeable people with a query from an acquaintance, Fred Weil. His mother was in Theresienstadt and while she was there she wrote a diary on the back of family photographs. He has sent me one by attachment – it contains ca 11 lines, written in pencil, but he has enhanced the contrast.
Unfortunately I’m afraid it is beyond my capabilities, as her handwriting is pretty difficult. If anyone enjoys a challenge and is good at deciphering, would you be willing to have a look?
I have copied Fred in, so if you are interested, could you reply-all?
Thanks and looking forward to a typically helpful german-studies response!
Naomi
