The Leominster Meeting Centre is looking to the future! We want to lead the way in improving access to Herefordshire’s rich cultural heritage for those with a dementia diagnosis, and their carers/families. We’re developing a new dementia and heritage programme, but, we want you to be part of the process. Are you a passionate creative practitioner, designer, or innovator based in Herefordshire with a vision for how heritage engagement can help people adapt to a life with dementia?
