Thanks for the reply! Basically, my question is about dealing with longitudinal data in its own right. My lab has little experience with FEAT (having used SPM previously), and so we were looking for an example or guidelines for using FEAT for longitudinal data. Along with posting here in the forum, I've been looking through the literature but haven't known exactly where to start.

I don't get what exactly the question is. Is the problem the fact that there are more than one structural scan (which is ok) or doing the sums/differences with a fixed effects model (which are also ok), or longitudinal data on its own right (which FEAT can deal with)?

Hello,
I'm hoping to use FEAT to analyze fMRI data from two timepoints, for which we have two different structural scans. Searching the forums, I saw that one person had tried to do this by combining the time 1 and time 2 scans for each subject using a [1 1] average contrast and a [1 -1] difference contrast in a fixed effects model. Do you have any recommendations on how to analyze longitudinal fMRI data?
