Hello Alicia, The inputs to higher-level are the unthresholded copes, the first-level thresholding is only used to generate the individual first-level reports. I understand that the first-level for all subjects needs to be performed before randomise and TFCE can be used; however, I am unsure what thresholding should be performed at first-level. Can I use the first-level cluster thresholding analysis (z=3.1, p=0.05) I have already performed on all the individual subjects or is there a recommended first-level post-stats thresholding to use before TFCE?
