Dear FSL experts, I am running the first step of fslvbm, fslvbm_1_bet (-b or -N). Although slicesdir imglob * first works perfectly, I received the following error message in the terminal when running fslvbm_1_bet afterwards: + is not a valid png or gif file I get this message for 4 files. Is there anything I need to fix here or can I ignore this message and proceed with fslvbm_2_template -a (all *_brain.* images have been generated)? Thank you very much for your help.
