Dear neuroimagers,

I needed to find the centre of gravity of a betted brain (nii file) and was able to do it successfully using the "fslstats -c" function.

Unfortunately, I now need to run this on Windows (yeah, bad idea, I know..LOL), so first I thought on adapting this function to python.
The problem is that, looking at fslstats script, I could not figure out where the function “read_volume4D” was defined, neither the object “vol[0]”.

So, instead of reinventing the wheel, I would like to ask whether you guys are aware of any alternative script (preferentially in python) available and that run on Windows? I’ve tried NIPYPE and FSLPY (https://pypi.org/project/fslpy/), but both require FSL at the end.

Thanks in advance,
Josie
